Synergy Theatre Project is looking for a dynamic and highly organised project co-ordinator to join our learning and engagement team and support our young people’s programme. Our programme targets young people at risk of entering or already within the criminal justice system, and we work with a range of partners including schools, pupil referral units (PRUs), young offender institutions (YOIs) and youth offending teams (YOTs).
Working closely with our Learning and Engagement Manager, this is an exciting new role to support the delivery of a range of courses, touring theatre and film productions and response projects for young people, run by professional artists and our trained ex-prisoner support facilitators, to engage participants creatively, challenge mindsets and offer alternate pathways.
